As part of the agenda, under Item 5, a buyback offer to the shareholders will be put to a vote. Shareholders will be given the opportunity to repurchase their shares from Arabian Futurity Europe vzw at a fixed price.
Buyback period: until May 30, 2025
Conditions: 83.33 € per share.
