This agreement includes the purchase of 1 breeding of the above-mentioned stallion.
This breeding must be used within 2 years. For any extension of the contract, the stallion owner must be informed, otherwise the breeding will expire.

Payment Method:

The total amount must be paid upon signing this contract.

Special Conditions:

Any breeding of SQ Ageeb that is sponsored, won at a show, exchanged, given as a gift, or acquired through another agent includes no dose of frozen semen and may not be resold to third parties.
For each fully paid breeding, 2 doses of frozen semen are included in the purchase right (1 dose = 8 straws).
Each additional dose of frozen semen (if available) costs 200.00 €.
The costs for all shipping documents (or permits), dry storage, and shipping costs are not included and must be paid separately.
The frozen semen is located at SBS, Italy.

Further Provisions:

The mare owner has the option to change the mare (for which the semen was sent).
The owner is obliged to report the result of the pregnancy no later than two weeks after insemination to the following email address: service@breeding-station.com.
A live foal guarantee is included in every purchase of breeding from SQ Ageeb.

Disputes:

Any dispute regarding the accommodation of the mare and her insemination is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

Entire Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior arrangements, whether written or oral.
This agreement can only be modified by written amendments signed by both parties.
I also declare that I have read and agree to the terms of this agreement.

Note: The breeding contract is only valid with a contract number and the signatures of both parties.
