This contract includes the purchase of a breeding of the above-mentioned stallion.
The breeding must be used within two years. For any contract extension, the stallion owner must be informed, otherwise the breeding will expire.

1 Breeding: 2,000.00 €
Including Semen: Two (2) doses of frozen semen

Payment Method:

The total amount must be paid upon signing this contract.

Special Conditions:

Any breeding of Berwaz Al Bustan that is sponsored, won at a show, traded, given as a gift, or acquired through another agent does not include a dose of frozen semen and may not be resold to third parties.
For fully paid breeding, 2 doses of frozen semen are included in the purchase price (1 dose = 8 straws). Additional doses can be purchased, if available, for 200.00 € per dose.
The costs for all shipping documents (or permits), dry storage, and shipping costs are not included and must be paid separately. The semen is located at SBS, Italy.

Additional Provisions:

The mare owner has the option to change the mare (for which the semen was sent).
The owner is obliged to report the result of the pregnancy no later than two weeks after insemination to the following email address: service@breeding-station.com.
Each breeding of Berwaz Al Bustan includes a live foal guarantee.

Disputes:

All disputes regarding the accommodation of the mare and her insemination are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

Entire Agreement:

This contract represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous arrangements, whether written or oral.
This agreement can only be amended by written additions signed by both parties.
I also declare that I have read the provisions of this agreement and agree to them.

Note: The breeding contract is only valid with a contract number and the signatures of both parties.
