THEREFORE, as the breeder has a legitimate interest in the mare described above, including the right to breed this mare with the stallion RFI UNIQUE during the breeding seasons 2026 – 2027 – 2028.

1. BREEDING FEE

1.1

€ ________ (plus 6% VAT) breeding fee.

The breeding fee must be paid in full within 14 days after signing this contract, unless another written agreement has been made with Jadem Arabians BV.

This fee entitles the mare owner to up to two breeding doses of frozen semen.

Not included are:

Transport costs
Rental costs for the semen container

The breeding doses must be used no later than in the years 2026, 2027, or 2028. After that, they lose their validity unless another written agreement exists.

Full payment must be received before shipment of the semen to the account of Jadem Arabians BV.

1.2 Additional Doses

Additional doses can be purchased at € 300.00 per dose (plus 6% VAT), with a maximum of 6 doses in total.

These must also be paid in full before shipment.

Unused doses can be reclaimed by RFI Unique Partnership after a positive pregnancy diagnosis. Collection and transport are carried out by this partnership.

Standard of a breeding dose:

8 straws of 0.5 ml each
Concentration: 200–250 million/ml
Total amount: 800 million to 1 billion sperm
Minimum motility after thawing: 30% progressive
Meets or exceeds the industry minimum standards

1.3

€ 500.00 (plus 6% VAT) Rebreeding fee, according to Section 4.

1.4

All transport and shipping costs for the frozen semen must be paid in full before shipping to Jadem Arabians BV.

The stallion owner reserves the right:

To have mares examined that have not conceived after three estrus cycles
To refuse service in the case of contagious or infectious diseases

In this case, the mare owner must provide a substitute mare to fulfill the contract.

After leaving the premises, Jadem Arabians BV assumes no further guarantee for the condition of the semen. Storage, handling, and insemination are the sole responsibility of the mare owner.

No liability is accepted for loss, delay, or damage to the semen.

2. BOARDING FEE

€ ___ per day (plus 21% VAT)
for the stay of the mare from __________ to __________

€ 18.50 / day (plus 21% VAT) – mare without foal
€ 22.00 / day (plus 21% VAT) – mare with foal

The breeding client undertakes to pay all costs incurred during the stay, including care, maintenance, upkeep, as well as all damages or losses.

Invoices must be paid immediately upon request.

3. BOARDING CONDITIONS

The breeding client expressly agrees to all veterinary, farrier, and other necessary measures and waives any objection.

Disclaimer

The mare owner bears the full risk for illness, accident, death, or injury of the mare.
Jadem Arabians BV is in no way liable for damages during the stay or insemination, including loading and unloading, keeping, or fertilization.

Force majeure is excluded from any liability.

4. RIGHT TO RE-BREED (LIVE-FOAL GUARANTEE)

A right to re-breed exists only if:

no pregnancy occurs or
no live foal is born

A live foal is defined as a foal that stands and nurses 24 hours after birth.

Veterinary certificates are mandatory, including regarding:

Rhino vaccinations (5th, 7th, and 9th month)
proper health condition of the mare

The right to re-breed applies exclusively for the following breeding season.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The contract is not transferable
Death or breeding incapacity of stallion or mare regulates refund or substitute mare
No claim for transfer to third parties
