Frozen semen is provided by Al Saqran Stud and delivered via the winner of the online auction of European Breeders Trust AG, via:

Agreement

  1. The breeder has provided Al Saqran Stud with correct and complete information about the mare.

  2. Gianpaolo Gubbiotti organizes, on behalf of Al Saqran Stud, the insemination with the stallion's frozen semen.

Stud Fees

  • Including semen: Up to two (2) free doses of frozen semen with 5 straws each per breeding contract.

  • Additional doses: €300.00 per dose (plus shipping and handling costs), depending on availability.

Shipping of Frozen Semen

All costs for transport, collection, packaging, handling, and shipping per delivery must be paid by the mare owner/breeder to the shipping center before the semen is shipped.

Health Condition of the Mare

Before delivery of the semen, Al Saqran Stud may require a veterinary health certificate confirming:

  • the breeding suitability of the mare,

  • freedom from contagious or infectious diseases (mare and, if applicable, foal),

  • normal reproductive organs of the mare.

Other Provisions

  1. All information received in connection with this contract must be treated confidentially.

  2. In the case of leased or rented mares, appropriate proof must be provided.

  3. In the event of unsuccessful pregnancy, abortion, or loss of foal, a veterinary report is required before a new covering.

  4. The type of breeding (e.g., embryo transfer) must be communicated to the stallion owner.

  5. Al Saqran Stud reserves the right to terminate this contract after two years.

Legal Basis

  • The substantive law of Kuwait applies.

  • The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent courts of Kuwait.
