Frozen semen is provided by Around The Horse World Wide AG and delivered via the winner of the online auction of the European Breeders Trust AG, via:

Compensation and Agreement

  1. The breeding client has provided Around The Horse World Wide AG with correct and complete information about the mare.

  2. Gianpaolo Gubbiotti organizes, on behalf of Around The Horse World Wide AG, the insemination with the stallion's frozen semen.

Stud Fees

  • Including semen: Each breeding contract entitles the owner to up to two (2) free doses of frozen semen, each with 6 straws.

  • Additional doses: For a fee of €250.00 per dose (plus shipping and handling costs), subject to availability.

Shipping of Frozen Semen

The costs for transport, collection, packaging, handling, and shipping per delivery are to be paid directly by the mare owner/breeding client to the shipping center before the semen is dispatched.

Health Condition of the Mare

Before semen is delivered to the breeding client, Around The Horse World Wide AG is entitled to request a veterinary health certificate confirming:

  • that the mare is in a healthy, breeding-suitable condition,

  • that the mare and any foal are free from contagious or infectious diseases,

  • that the mare has normal reproductive organs.

Other Provisions

  1. The breeding client undertakes to treat all information received in connection with the fulfillment of this contract confidentially and not to disclose it to third parties.

  2. If the mare is leased or rented, the breeding client must inform the stallion owner and provide appropriate proof (lease contract or owner's confirmation).

  3. In the event of an unsuccessful pregnancy, abortion, or foal loss, a veterinarian-certified report must be submitted before another covering.

  4. The breeder must inform the stallion owner about the type of breeding (e.g., embryo transfer).

  5. Around The Horse World Wide AG reserves the right to terminate this contract after two years.

Legal Basis

  • This contract is subject to the substantive law of Switzerland.

  • The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be the competent courts of Switzerland.
