In principle, discounts are differentiated according to whether you are a shareholder, customer or VZAP member:

Shareholders
Product-specific discounts:
Shareholders receive a product-related combination discount between €150 and €2,000.
This discount applies to privileged products such as:
- Coverings in combination with advertising.
- The exclusive benefits are specially tailored to our shareholders.
Order discounts for shareholders:
- Shareholders receive a percentage discount on all products in the checkout – regardless of their type.
- This discount currently amounts, depending on participation, to between 8% and 20%.
- The order discount can be combined with other discounts.
Quantity discounts for shareholders:
In addition to the order discount, shareholders receive the following quantity discounts:
- 2% discount from a net purchase amount of €10,000.
- 3% discount from a net purchase amount of €20,000.
The shareholder discounts have been stored in your customer account.

Customers
Product-specific discounts:
Customers receive a product-related combination discount between €100 and €1,250.
This discount applies to privileged products such as:
- Coverings in combination with advertising.
- The exclusive benefits offer customers attractive savings opportunities.
Volume discount for customers:
In addition to the product-specific discounts, customers receive the following volume discounts based on their net purchase amount:
- 2% discount for a net purchase amount of €10,000 or more.
- 3% discount for a net purchase amount of €20,000 or more.

VZAP members
Product-specific discounts:
VZAP members benefit from a product-related combination discount between €100 and €1,500.
This discount applies to privileged products such as:
- Coverings in combination with advertising.
- Coverings in combination with shares
The exclusive benefits are specially tailored to the needs of VZAP members.
Volume discounts for VZAP members:
In addition to the product-specific discounts, members receive the following volume discounts:
- 2% discount for a net purchase amount of €10,000 or more.
- 3% discount for a net purchase amount of €20,000 or more.
