Breeding Season and Fees
Stud Fee: Surcharge price from the auction in Aachen (excl. bank charges; to be fully borne by the mare owner)
Payment Terms:
The stud fee is to be transferred to the bank account provided by the stallion owner upon signing the contract.
Additional Costs:
All shipping and handling costs of the semen are to be borne by the mare owner.
Right of First Refusal:
The stallion owner (Dubai Arabian Horse Stud) has the first right to purchase the foal from this mating (FA EL RASHEEM x _____________________________).
Breeding Conditions

The contract entitles a one-time insemination of the specified mare with FA EL RASHEEM. One breeding certificate will be issued per mare.

The use of the semen is permitted only for the mare and mare owner named. Changes require the written consent of the stallion owner.

Insemination must take place within two breeding seasons.

Pregnancy Guarantee: A foal is considered live if it survives at least 48 hours. After this period, the contract is considered fulfilled.

If the mare does not become pregnant after three estrous cycles, the stallion owner reserves the right to require veterinary examinations (culture/biopsy) for fertility or to refuse insemination in case of illness or infection. In this case, the mare owner must provide a substitute mare.

If no pregnancy is achieved, the stallion owner must be informed in writing within 60 days after the end of the season to allow a rebreeding.

In the event of illness or death of the mare, a substitute mare may be used with prior consent. A veterinary certificate is required in the event of death.

If twins are detected, the stallion owner must be informed within 30 days.

For a second foal (in the case of twins), an additional fee of ______________________ is charged, as the contract only covers one live foal.
Embryo Transfer
If insemination is to take place as part of an embryo transfer, two portions of fresh semen are included in the breeding contract.
Each additional dose will be charged at 220 USD.
Availability of Fresh Semen

If fresh semen is not available due to unforeseen circumstances before the first insemination has taken place, the stud fee will be fully refunded.

If the stallion is withdrawn before the mare is inseminated, the mare owner will receive two portions of frozen semen. If pregnancy is not achieved with these portions, each additional portion will be charged at 220 USD plus handling costs.

Legal Validity
This contract constitutes the entire agreement. Changes must be made in writing and approved by both parties.
Applicable Law:
The law of the United Arab Emirates applies.
