Dear shareholders, as Heinz Mader is currently unavailable, it is my duty to share this information written by Heinz with you: Suddenly and unexpectedly, Nils Ismer and I were personally informed by Heinz Stöckle in a video conference about his resignation as CEO of EBT AG for private reasons, effective December 31, 2025 (see attachment). We deeply regret his decision, but at the same time we are pleased that he will continue to fully support EBT as he does today, organize and conduct the 2025 auction in Aachen, and train and support his successor in the best possible way. We, as the Supervisory Board, will endeavor to find a suitable candidate to replace him as quickly as possible. It is important for us to emphasize: This is definitely not the end of EBT. Heinz Stöckle will continue to dedicate his full energy to EBT and even further increase his shareholdings, but he wishes to pass the CEO position into other hands to potentially create new opportunities for the further development of EBT. We, as the Supervisory Board, must respect this decision and already extend our sincere gratitude to Heinz Stöckle for all his commitment, energy, and vision for EBT.
